1. Do you repair leaky pipes?

Yes! We repair water and sanitary sewer leaks.

2. Do you repair or replace well pump systems?

Yes! Firstly, a diagnostic inspection will be done on your well system to ascertain the appropriate action. Repairs to the system or replacement of the well pump, pressure tank and associated components can be performed depending on the situation.

3. I can’t find a plumber to show up! The soonest I can get anyone here is 3 weeks from now! Will I have to wait that long?

Not necessarily, most if my work consists of custom home builds and remodels. So my ability to schedule a one day service is fairly easy. As long as I have 24 hours notice to schedule a diagnostic appointment I usually get one day issues taken care of on the same day.

4. I scheduled a plumber to take care of an issue and he never showed up! Never even called me back! Do you do the same?

Absolutely not! If I schedule an appointment with you at 9 am on a Wednesday I show up at 9 am on Wednesday. If there is an emergency or I need to change the time I’ll call immediately with information.

5. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! Standard Valve Plumbing Company offers a one year parts and labor warranty.
